Do I have to pay for shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over €50.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you're the boss! Cancel after the first delivery or make it a new habit. You can cancel anytime by logging into your account or by contacting us. We'll send you a notification before each delivery, giving you plenty of time to adjust your order. Need help? Just email us at info.de@ingarden.com .

What can I adjust in my subscription?

We want to make sure you have as much control as possible over your membership! You can:

1. Change the frequency of your broadcasts
2. Postpone the next shipping date of your order to any date of your choice.
3. Add or exchange flavors and products
4. Add unique products with a special discount ;)
5. Change your shipping address, etc.!


All these options can be managed via your account or via email: info.de@ingarden.com .

What is the standard subscription delivery schedule and why?

We designed the refill packs to last one person for a month. Since then, we've conducted regular surveys to determine how long a refill pack actually lasts on average. Based on these results, we've established the following default settings:

  • One pack lasts for one month.
  • Two packs cover two months.
  • Three packs are enough for two and a half months.
  • Four packs are equivalent to three months.
  • Five packs last four months.
  • Six packs are enough for five months.

You can adjust your delivery schedule at any time in your account (pause, skip, receive earlier, etc.) after subscribing. You can access the dashboard here .

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged on the day of membership renewal (e.g. every 4 weeks), and your order will be shipped within 2-4 days.

Why can't I log into my account?

If you created an account on the old website, please update your membership. It's very easy:

1. Cancel your old membership by sending us an email to info.de@ingarden.com

2. Sign up for a new membership on this website and enjoy full control over it.

What happens to the free subscriber gifts if I cancel my subscription?
