Why it matters
“Why make vitamins chemically in a lab when you can let them grow naturally?”
The process behind ingarden grown
From seed to spoon in four steps.
Soaking
Buckwheat seeds swell in a nutrient bath, absorbing water and vitamins.
Sprouting
Within a few days, young sprouts grow. They build the vitamins into their cells, so they are firmly bound to the plant.
Drying
Sprouting is stopped at the right moment. Gentle drying keeps the vitamins in the sprouts.
Grinding
The sprouts are finely ground and every batch is tested. The result is a powder for water, smoothies or food.
Nutrients with a known origin
Grown, not manufactured.

Fits my everyday life
I didn't want to keep wondering whether I eat enough good food. With ingarden it's simple: harvest, sprinkle, done. Every single day.
Finally automatic
I had supplements sitting around and still kept forgetting them. I see the microgreens in my kitchen, so I use them without even thinking about it.
No extra plan
The biggest difference for me: it's not a diet and not an extra plan. It's simply an easy way to bring more nutrients into my day.
Less waste
I buy vegetables, then I run out of time and end up throwing them away. With ingarden, I have fresh greens exactly when I cook.
My vegetable backup
For me, this is my vegetable backup. Even when the fridge is empty, I still have something fresh.
Always there
I eat greens more often now, simply because they're always there and I don't have to go shopping for them.
Finally foolproof
Sprouting jars were always a struggle for me: either I forgot about them or they just didn't work out. This is really so much easier.
No more drama
No rinsing, nothing sitting around, no nagging doubt whether everything's still okay. ingarden is the first solution that has truly stuck for me.
Exactly what I wanted
I wanted microgreens without the drama. That's exactly what I got.
Daily plant power
I wanted more plant power every day, not just now and then. With ingarden, it has become a fixed part of my routine.
Feels good
It simply feels good to give my body something good every day without it getting complicated.
It can be this easy
For me, it's the easiest way to bring more secondary plant compounds into my day.
Especially in winter
Especially in winter, I wanted to do something consistently, not just whenever I happened to think of it. It only works for me because it's so easy.
My green insurance
I call it my green insurance. A little better every day, without stress and without overthinking.
Routine over perfection
I'm not interested in perfection. I want a routine I can actually stick to. This is it.
Definitely sticking with it
I hesitated for a long time because it isn't cheap. Now I wouldn't want to be without it – the taste is incomparable, and I noticeably get more nutrients than from cooked vegetables.
Exactly the sweet spot
I want to look after myself well without it taking over my life. For me, this is exactly the right sweet spot.
A small investment in me
It feels like a small daily investment in myself, without complicated rules or a lot of effort.
Frequently asked questions
Can ingarden grown be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding, or by children?
ingarden grown can also be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding, provided there are no intolerances. Please discuss it with your doctor or midwife beforehand.
For children, the dosage should be discussed individually with a doctor.
Should I take additional vitamin B12?
One measuring spoon of ingarden grown already contains around 5 µg of vitamin B12 – more than twice the reference intake. Additional vitamin B12 usually only makes sense if a deficiency has been diagnosed, which is more common with a vegan diet, for example.
If in doubt, have your B12 status checked by a doctor and discuss the right dosage there.
How do I take ingarden grown?
One measuring spoon (1.5 g) a day, for example stirred into water, in a smoothie or over yogurt, muesli or salad. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
What's the difference between Vitamin D3 and B Complex?
ingarden grown Vitamin B Complex contains all eight B vitamins. ingarden grown Vitamin D3 contains the same eight B vitamins plus vitamin D3 (25 µg, 1,000 IU). So you only need one of the two products.
Can I take vitamin D3 and B vitamins together?
Yes. Vitamin D3 and the B vitamins have different roles in the body, so you can take them together without any issue. They even complement each other well:
- Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function.
- Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 and folate contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. B6, B12 and folate also contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
The body mainly produces vitamin D from sunlight on the skin. At our latitudes, the sun is barely strong enough for this from roughly October to March. With ingarden grown Vitamin D3 you get both in one measuring spoon instead of combining two products.
How long does one pouch last?
One pouch (90 g) lasts 60 days for one person – that's two months. For two people, simply plan for double the amount; you can select “2 people” above.
Is ingarden grown vegan and gluten-free?
Yes. ingarden grown is vegan and made from just one ingredient: sprouted organic buckwheat. It is free from gluten (below 20 ppm), lactose, palm oil and GMOs, and contains no fillers, colorings, flavorings, preservatives or magnesium stearate.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Anytime, in your customer account or by email. We'll remind you 5 days before every delivery so you can pause, reschedule or cancel in time. You'll get the golden measuring spoon free with your first subscription delivery.
Can I combine ingarden grown with other food supplements?
Generally, yes. If you take other products containing B vitamins or vitamin D, please keep an eye on the total daily amount and, if in doubt, ask your pharmacist or doctor.
How should I store ingarden grown?
Close the pouch tightly after opening and store it in a dry, cool place away from light – in a kitchen cupboard, for example.
Why a B complex instead of individual B vitamins?
The eight B vitamins are involved in many shared metabolic processes. With a complex you get all eight in one serving instead of combining several single products. In ingarden grown, they all come from one source: the buckwheat sprout.
Vitamin D3 and B complex, naturally from buckwheat sprouts
ingarden grown Vitamin D3 contains 25 µg of vitamin D3 (1,000 IU, 500% of the reference intake) plus all eight B vitamins: thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), pyridoxine (B6), biotin (B7), folate (B9) and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, at 150 to 277% of the nutrient reference value (NRV) per measuring spoon (1.5 g).
Instead of pressing vitamins into a capsule, we let them grow: organic buckwheat sprouts in a vitamin-rich nutrient bath and stores the vitamins in its cells. It is then gently dried and finely ground. The process is patent pending.
The result is a pure powder made from just one ingredient, with no capsule shell, fillers, colorings, flavorings or preservatives. It is vegan and gluten-free and can be taken in water, in a smoothie or sprinkled over muesli and yogurt.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
