Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup raw cashew nuts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small, juicy lemon
- salt and pepper
- 8 pieces of round tortilla bread
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Two whole seed pads of Ingarden radish superfoods
preparation
- Place spinach, radish microgreens, garlic cloves, cashew nuts, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a blender. Blend until a paste forms.
