Ingredients for summer rolls
- 3 pieces of rice paper
- Mustard Microgreens
- 1 piece of cucumber
- carrots
- avocado
- red pepper
- 3 lettuce leaves
Ingredients Peanut Sauce
- 80 ml almond milk
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
preparation
- Mix all the ingredients for the peanut sauce in a blender, pour into a small bowl and set aside.
- Wash the cucumber and bell pepper and cut them into sticks. Peel the carrot and also cut it into sticks.
- Pour warm water into a bowl and soak one piece of rice paper in it for 30-40 seconds.
- Arrange radish microgreens, lettuce leaves, rice noodles, bell pepper, carrot, and cucumber sticks in the center of the rice paper. Fold the rice paper over from both sides and roll it up.
- Soak all the rice paper sheets in this way, fill them, and roll them up. Then serve with the peanut sauce.
