That's why we decided to create an autumnal apple salad that's perfect for this season. This simple yet delicious recipe combines crisp arugula leaves with juicy apple slices, crunchy walnuts, creamy feta cheese, and a sweet and tangy maple-Dijon vinaigrette. To give it that final touch, we also sprinkle on some of our popular mustard microgreens. This salad is not only healthy and packed with nutrients, but it's also a true taste sensation.

Ingredients :
- 2 cups of arugula leaves
- 1 medium-sized red apple, sliced
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup feta cheese
- Maple-Dijon vinaigrette
- 1 Seed Pad Mustard Microgreens
Preparation :
- Place the arugula leaves in a large salad bowl. Drizzle the maple-Dijon vinaigrette over them and massage the dressing into the salad. Add the apple slices, the diced feta cheese, and the walnuts.
- Sprinkle with the mustard microgreens, mix well and enjoy!
