Ingredients:
- 200g chicken breast (or silken tofu)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ cup crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 200 ml vegetable broth
- Salt & pepper
- 1 seed pad ingarden mustard microgreens
Preparation :
- Season your chicken breast or tofu on both sides as desired (we used salt, pepper, paprika and oregano).
- Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a large frying pan over medium heat. Fry your chicken (or tofu) until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the chicken from the heat. Add another teaspoon of olive oil to the same pan. Add the chopped garlic and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Stir in the vegetable stock, lemon juice, and cooking cream. Return the chicken to the pan and let it cook in the sauce for another 10 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
- Serve with steamed rice and your mustard microgreens.
