Ingredients :

  • 1 cup frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • ¼ cup almond or coconut milk
  • a handful of radish microgreens


Preparation :

  1. Place frozen bananas, frozen blackberries and chia seeds in a blender and blend on low speed for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add the milk and mix again. Scrape down the sides if necessary.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with your desired ingredients. We used radish microgreens, kiwi slices, pineapple slices, chia seeds, and granola.
