Ingredients for the rice bowl
- 3-4 tablespoons of microgreens – we used mizuna mustard , radishes and red cabbage from Ingarden.
- 200g cooked black rice
- 1/2 avocado
- 1-2 small pak choi
- 1/2 coconut
- 2-3 tablespoons of physalis berries
- 1 small cucumber
- Some baby spinach
For the dip
- 1-2 tablespoons of honey (or alternatively agave syrup or maple syrup)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small chili
- 2-3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Possibly 1-2 tablespoons of water to dilute.
Preparation:
- Puree the ingredients for the dip with a hand blender until smooth and add to the bowl.
