Today I want to share a delicious and easy recipe with you that's perfect for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner—a spinach and mushroom quiche! This delectable quiche is packed with flavor and features a tasty combination of sautéed mushrooms, fresh spinach, and creamy eggs. It's easy to make and offers a great way to combine your favorite ingredients in a dish everyone will love. Spinach and mushroom quiche recipe

Ingredients
Quiche crust
- 250g flour
- 125g butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp oregano
filling
- 400g spinach, finely chopped
- 1 onion
- 150g mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt, freshly ground pepper
- 225g mozzarella cheese
- 150g feta cheese
- 1 seed pad radish microgreens
cream
- 200ml milk
- 200g sour cream or crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- Salt, freshly ground pepper
preparation
- For the basic quiche dough, put the flour, salt, and oregano into a food processor. Then add the butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse sand. Then add the water and mix until a dough forms.
- Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes before using it.
- Shape the dough onto the quiche trays you are using. Let it rest in the freezer for 30 minutes before baking.
- Bake the dough for 15 minutes first. Then bake it for another 15 minutes normally, or until golden brown.
- For the filling, put spinach, onion, garlic, salt and pepper into a food processor and blend well. Transfer to a bowl and mix in feta and mozzarella cheese.
- For the pudding, whisk all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the quiche filling and then the cream, and bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden yellow.
