Hello, breakfast lovers! Today we're heading into the kitchen to prepare a special breakfast treat: breakfast egg muffins. They're like little bites of morning joy, perfect for everyone, whether you're on the go during the week or enjoying a relaxed weekend brunch. These muffins are easy to make and absolutely delicious. So, let's cook and discover the world of breakfast egg muffins, perfect for satisfying your morning hunger.

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • A pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • handful of diced tomatoes
  • handful of fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 whole sprouting pads from ingarden ( kale & radish )
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


      Preparation :

      1. Preheat oven to 200 °C (top and bottom heat).
      2. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl until evenly beaten. Add a pinch of cinnamon or vanilla extract.
      3. Add the chopped spinach leaves, tomatoes, onions, and the sprouting pads from ingarden. Season with salt and pepper.
      4. Divide the mixture among the muffin cups and bake for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
