Ingredients

preparation 

  1. Put the strawberries and honey in a saucepan and stir over medium heat until it starts to boil. Skim off any excess foam.
  2. After 30 minutes on the stove, add the microgreens to the strawberry mixture.
  3. Blend everything together until you get a smooth consistency.
  4. Store in a tightly sealed glass jar in the refrigerator and enjoy on toast, with oatmeal or with your favorite fruits!
