  1. Pour your preferred milk into a glass and then sprinkle in the chia seeds.
  2. After you have thoroughly mixed the milk and seeds, add a splash of honey or maple syrup.
  3. Stir again until the chia seeds are evenly distributed and no lumps remain. Let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes and stir one last time.
  4. (If you like, you can mix in some fruit puree).
  5. Cover the pot and refrigerate the pudding for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
  6. Add the fruit of your choice and the red cabbage microgreens before serving.
