Smoothie Bowl Recipe

2 servings, 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup bananas
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
  • a whole seed pad of our broccoli microgreens
  • Muesli
  • Berries

preparation

  1. Place pineapple pieces, bananas, coconut cream and milk, honey and microgreens into a blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve in a glass or pineapple shell. Garnish with granola, berries, and microgreens before serving.
