Ingredients
- 60g chia seeds
- 400ml cups of milk of your choice
- 2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup
- Fruit topping of your choice
- 1/2 seed pad ingarden red cabbage microgreens
preparation
- Pour your preferred milk into a glass and then sprinkle in the chia seeds.
- After you have thoroughly mixed the milk and seeds, add a splash of honey or maple syrup.
- Stir again until the chia seeds are evenly distributed and no lumps remain. Let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes and stir one last time.
- (If you like, you can mix in some fruit puree).
- Cover the pot and refrigerate the pudding for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
- Add the fruit of your choice and the red cabbage microgreens before serving.
