Why can't I create a referral link?

Please check the following:

  1. Is your email address registered with our shop?
  2. Is the email address you entered for your friend correct?
  3. Is this person already a registered customer of ours?

Referrals are only valid for first-time customers. You cannot send a referral to someone who is already a customer. Likewise, you cannot send a referral to yourself 😉

When will my friend receive the discount voucher?

Your friend will immediately receive an email from us with a registration link. After successful registration, a unique discount code will be generated. This will be displayed immediately on the registration page and also sent again via email.

When will I (referrer) receive my discount?

24 hours after a successful purchase of a starter set by the referred friend using the referral discount code, you will receive a discount code for €25 via email .

If the purchase is cancelled, unfortunately you will not receive a discount code.

IMPORTANT : If you have unsubscribed from our newsletter and are not receiving any emails from us, please contact us at info.de@ingarden.com . Please provide your friend's email address so we can verify your referral and send you your discount.

Why isn't my discount voucher working?

Please ensure that you meet the conditions for your individual discount:

As a friend:

Your discount is only valid on the purchase of a new ingarden starter set.

As a recommender:

Your discount is only valid for orders of €20 or more.
