For the toast you will need:
- 1 avocado
- 4 tablespoons of cream cheese
- 2 slices of toasted rye bread
- 85g smoked salmon (or 85g smoked tofu)
- 1 handful of radish microgreens
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt, pepper (to taste)
