Ingredients

  1. Chop the garlic and mix it with olive oil, vegetable broth, lemon juice and tahini.

  2. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

  3. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.

  4. Just before the pasta is done, add the peas and cook for another 5 minutes.

  5. Drain the water, mix the pasta and peas with the sauce.

  6. Top with fresh spinach and organic radish volcano superfood and enjoy! 🌟
