Perfect for Veganuary!
🌿 Need an immune boost for #Veganuary? Try these delicious pasta dishes with green peas and our organic radish volcano superfood! 💪 Rich in folic acid and vitamin C, it will help you stay healthy through the cold January weather. ❄️

Ingredients

350g pasta

200 g fresh spinach leaves

150g frozen peas

1 clove of garlic

1/2 lemon

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 tbsp tahini
-
100 ml vegetable broth

1 pinch of salt and pepper
- a handful of organic radish volcano microgreens
preparation

Chop the garlic and mix it with olive oil, vegetable broth, lemon juice and tahini.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper.

Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.

Just before the pasta is done, add the peas and cook for another 5 minutes.

Drain the water, mix the pasta and peas with the sauce.

Top with fresh spinach and organic radish volcano superfood and enjoy! 🌟
