Temperature: Does it matter if the room where the ingarden is located is ventilated in winter and the temperature drops briefly?
Microgreens are quite robust and can easily tolerate normal fluctuations in room temperature, such as those that can occur when airing out a room in winter. Just make sure the plants are not exposed to direct cold drafts and that the temperature doesn't drop too low for extended periods. A brief drop to 17 degrees Celsius followed by a rise to 23 degrees Celsius shouldn't negatively affect the microgreens.
