Within the 2-year warranty period:
All our ingarden devices come with a 2-year warranty. To be eligible for a warranty replacement, the following criteria must be met:
- You purchased the product within the last 2 years.
- You have proof of purchase (order number or email with purchase confirmation).
- We cannot provide a replacement under warranty for damage caused by the user.
For questions regarding the Ingarden warranty, please contact our support team at info.de@ingarden.com . They will provide you with shipping information and any further details. We cannot offer warranty coverage for damage caused by the user. However, we can cover the shipping costs associated with a warranty-related return or exchange.
Outside the 2-year warranty period or in case of self-inflicted damage:
