What happens if my device is damaged during the minimum contract period?

We offer a 2-year warranty on all our attachments. To be eligible for a warranty replacement, the following criteria must be met:
  • You purchased the product within the last 2 years.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or email with purchase confirmation).
  • We cannot provide a replacement under warranty for damage caused by the user.
