Harvest: How do I harvest my microgreens?
To harvest microgreens, use sharp scissors or a clean knife to cut the stems just above the soil. Generally, you'll harvest microgreens when they are about 3 to 8 cm tall, depending on the variety. Gently rinse the harvested microgreens in cold water and dry them with a paper towel or a clean kitchen towel. You can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator or use them immediately.
