Ingredients
- 1x head of cauliflower
marinade
- 180 ml plant-based milk
- 60 ml water
- 100-120g chickpea flour
- 2-3 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika powder
To serve :
preparation
- Divide cauliflower into florets
- Mix the dough ingredients, dip the rosettes in, and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 180 °C for 20-25 minutes.
- Brush the rosettes with sauce, bake for another 20 minutes.
- Place the cooked wings in a bowl and sprinkle with microgreens.
- Serve with BBQ sauce
