Ingredients:

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • ½ can of corn kernels
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise
  • A whole pad of Ingarden mustard microgreens


      Preparation :

      1. Rinse the chickpeas and place them in a large bowl. Add two tablespoons of tahini and blend well.
      2. Add the red onion, corn, and mustard seeds. Mix well.
        Season with vegan mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, olive oil, salt and pepper.
      3. Serve in a salad wrap or on your favorite toast!
