Superfood Microgreens

Harvesting: What's the best way to harvest microgreens?

Cut them with clean kitchen scissors 2–5 mm above the substrate .
This prevents small substrate particles from getting into the harvest. Afterwards, you can briefly rinse the microgreens or dry them in a salad spinner – done!

Important: The lower millimeters of the stem are usually a bit firmer and do not contain any additional nutrients – so they can remain in the pad.
